Ayurveda the age old ancient science is famous for its unique theories & preparations for a healthy person to maintain the equilibrium of body, mind & soul, & if there is imbalance in these elements along with tridoshas (Vatta, Pitta, Kapha) then Ayurveda plays a magnificiant role in eradicating the main root cause of the ailment or disease.

Ayurveda is not mere eleboration of diseases & cures, its a detailed description of how to lead one's Life in tune with nature.

Being the 'Philosophy at its best' it describes step by step how to take care of body & mind to be free of diseases.

At Ayurjyoti Kerala Ayurvedic Marma Chikitsalayam the principles of Ayurveda are followed with traditional system & its authenticity.
